Solon Project
This project was designed and constructed for a newly built home in Solon. Starting with a blank canvas, this contemporary design aimed to maximize the outdoor living space and create the ultimate backyard for hosting and entertaining. The design was constructed in 3D and presented to the client to help illustrate what the final outcome would look like.

Mentor Project
The focus of this project was to bring the indoor living experience to the outdoors. This was achieved by building a fireplace with an overhead shade structure, hot tub and deck area, and a water fountain, all enclosed by a stone veneer wall for complete privacy. We chose to frame the shade cover and fireplace seating area with a wall rather than your typical fence or privacy hedge. This helped create the feeling of an outdoor room while also providing maximum privacy.

Cleveland Heights Project
The existing patio was constructed when the house was built back in 1904. During the planning, we decided to keep the original sandstone steps and extend the area to allow room for the fireplace and sitting area. The bench seat and pillars were constructed using sandstone block and the patio base using sandstone slabs. The fireplace was designed with an arched opening that matches the house's window lintels. The koi pond was then installed to create a relaxing atmosphere while enjoying the company of friends and family. We installed the surrounding landscape with accent lighting to finish this beautiful backyard retreat.

Pepper Pike Project
The homeowners contacted us about a basement walkout up to an outdoor kitchen. The plan was to match the stone on the walls and counter with the stone veneer on the house. Brownstone was used for the steps and patio base, and the custom grill and sink was then finished with a granite countertop. The project was finished with landscape and lighting and is now the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining.
